The Aviation Innovation Research Lab at UC Berkeley is a collaborative space for researchers with diverse specialties to come together and develop innovative tools, technologies, and strategies, with a particular focus on sustainable aviation practices, to tackle the challenges facing modern aviation. Topics of interest include scaling manned aviation projects, drone autonomy, package delivery, urban and regional air mobility infrastructure design and more. We hold regular meetings, and encourage inputs from and discussions with industry, regulators, and the government.
