Jaden (Changyeob) Lee
Jaden (Changyeob) Lee is a PhD student in the Transportation Engineering Program, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC Berkeley. His research focuses on Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), network optimization, and demand modeling. His research aims to bridge the gap between theoretical network optimization and practical airspace operations to enable safe, scalable Advanced Air Mobility. His research experience includes vertiport location optimization for emergency medical services and aircraft and fleet sizing for regional air mobility. Jaden received his BS in Air Transportation from Korea Aerospace University and his MS in Transportation Engineering from UC Berkeley. He also holds an air traffic controller license in Korea, bringing a practical and comprehensive understanding of airspace systems to his research.
