Teaya Yang is a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley, advised by Prof. Mark W. Mueller in the High Performance Robotics Laboratory. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Her research focuses on perception-driven autonomy for uncrewed aerial vehicles, with an emphasis on planning, navigation, and state estimation in complex, GPS-denied environments.
